Due to workload pressures and the longstanding underfunding of General Practice, our Primary Care Network has reached a point where we can no longer resource unfunded work. From 1st October 2025 we will no longer be able to offer:
- ECGs
- FENO testing
- Blood testing and monitoring for any patients NEWLY diagnosed with monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance (MGUS)
- Monitoring and prescribing for any NEWLY diagnosed transgender patients who do not have a funded shared care agreement in place
- Monitoring and prescribing for any NEWLY diagnosed ADHD patients aged 6-18 without a funded shared care agreement in place
- Monitoring of PSA blood tests for patients with NEWLY diagnosed prostate conditions under the care of a urologist
- Fitting of ring pessaries to NEWLY diagnosed patients
- Inclisiran prescribing to any NEWLY identified eligible patients
Should you be affected by any of the above changes, we will endeavour to direct you towards a local service provider who can assist, or if there is no named provider we can give details for whom concerns can be addressed to.
We thank you for your understanding.
